Your Impact:
The role of Site Navigation is to strategically evaluate the online product findability experience for customers as it relates to the browse experience while also evaluating the industry to create and test data driven ways to improve upon the customerÂs shopping experience with LoweÂs. The Sr. Analyst, Global Navigation will provide internal and external research and/or benchmarking, review/analyze customer information and other relevant data, conduct analysis, while also providing insights and recommendations within their assigned area. The Sr. Analyst will track, analyze, report, and lead final key customer engagement metrics to ensure categories within their assigned area follow best practices and perform to site standards to meet financial objectives. They will actively create action plans and delegate to address key opportunity areas. The Sr. Analyst will serve as a member of a team of peers and will be expected to help coach and develop less experienced analysts.
What You Will Do:
ÂApplies proven analytical and problem-solving techniques and skills to evaluate the overall relevancy and efficacy of customer browse paths and category navigation.
ÂBuilds browse path expertise to deliver best-in-class customer product findability experience and stays up to date with current and evolving product taxonomy best practices and functionality.
ÂSupport Cross functional partnership with Brand Advocate, Online Merchandising, Product Management, Data Science, Category Experience, Site Operations, Content working with Analysts-Directors.
ÂCollaborate with IT, technical product management and data science partners on intent-based, personalized navigation efforts by delivering business requirements, defining UAT/QC plans for AB tests and new product launches, and presenting recommendations based on industry best practices and competitive review.
ÂMaintains product attributes to power faceted navigation and onsite search, ultimately helping customers find products online.
ÂAssists in developing and maintaining the customer-facing hierarchy structure and category specific attribute model.
ÂProvides insights, competitive intelligence, and data driven recommendations to the manager of their assigned area.
ÂMaintains knowledge and awareness of best practices within the company, competitors, and retail industry. Works with their manager to introduce and disseminate best practices across the organization.
ÂProvide data driven insights to support cross-functional governance steering committee to define and maintain structure and cross enterprise alignment of Lowes.com customer facing navigation.
ÂWorks as a member of a larger team and may be asked to help coach and develop less experienced team members.
Required Qualifications: ÂBachelors Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field Â4 Years Relevant experience in retail or Omni-Channel merchandising/marketing
Preferred Qualifications: Â3 Years online experience or Omni-Channel merchandising/marketing Â2 Years experience in a high SKU Count retail environment Â1 Year experience with background in analytics, statistics, business planning and/or finance
