Axen Company is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform. Your role will involve providing prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide information, answer questions, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, technical support, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve chat response times and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize inquiries effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
