People Strategy Lead

 Remote is looking for a visionary, strategic thinker to work directly with the Chief People Officer and People leadership team to continue building, driving, and shaping the strategy of the People team.
 This role will enhance the employee experience and drive business performance as part of shaping the future of work.
 Facilitating internal processes by tracking and managing plans for the People department.
Requirements: Â Experience in a strategic role supporting C-Suite executives including CPO. Â Experience working closely with a People leadership team within a fast-growing technology company. Â Experience in a strategic people role aligning HR strategies to business goals. Â Strong analytical skills, ability to turn data into insights that drive and inform People strategy. Â Ability to bring structure to quantitative and qualitative insights and making data-driven decisions. Â High degree of ownership in helping frame and influence strategic decisions. Â Exceptional project management skills. Â Ability to work collaboratively and drive results with senior leadership. Â Proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners to solve hard problems. Â Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity. Â Proven ability to quickly learn new things. Â Excellent written, verbal, and technical communicator. Â Fluent written and spoken English. Â It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
