Indirect Sourcing Category Manager

Description:
• Has the primary responsibility to direct and execute the purchase of assigned categories of spend.
• Collaborates with business areas to identify sourcing needs and opportunities.
• Manages supplier relationships and agreements.
• Conducts continuous improvement initiatives with an emphasis on reducing total cost of ownership.

Requirements: • Bachelors in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field • 3+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Operations • Knowledgeable in negotiating and contracting IT Software & Services agreements and other Indirect categories • Procurement certifications and/or cross-functional experience are preferred • Advanced attention to detail and analytical skills • Advanced communication and negotiation skills • Team player and customer service orientation • Knowledge of inventory management, financial acumen, system knowledge and project management skills • Innovative thinker • Ability to travel up to 10%
