What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Provide sales support during initial contact by gathering information and determining the best-fit communities for potential residents
 Manage incoming calls and chat messages for regional community sales inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up
 Maintain thorough knowledge of community offerings, operational models, pricing, and availability
 Prepare and manage sales-related documents and communications to support the sales process
 Assist in promoting community events and maintaining an inventory of sales materials
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 College graduate required
 Previous sales experience
 Previous experience working with seniors is a plus
 Must live in the region supported
 Intermediate knowledge of computers, including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM, Access, and Outlook)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience in customer service or sales within a healthcare or senior living environment
 Familiarity with Kisco sales techniques or similar methodologies
 Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
 Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with residents and families
 Knowledge of social media and marketing strategies for community engagement
