We take in working with our telecommunication clients, providing our Customer Support Associates with opportunities to participate in community outreach, and have a supportive management staff dedicated to the development of our Customer Support Associate team. Responsibilities as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate:
 Communicate clearly with customers while maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
 Properly prepare for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings
 Engage in the sales process with each customer from start to finish for a clear and efficient close on the sale, increasing company profit margins
 Professionally represent our clients driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction
 Develop effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins
 Educate consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family
 Efficiently navigate order entry system and schedule dates as necessary
Requirements as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate:
 Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relations is a plus
 Self-starter who approaches their profession with integrity and passion
 Enthusiasm for making a difference in consumer's lives
 Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as a member of a team
 Highly persuasive, customer-centric, courteous, self-disciplined, and honest work ethic
 Unrivaled interpersonal skills with the ability to overturn objections and close any sale

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
