Responsibilities
• Input and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
• Perform regular audits of the data entered to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in data cleaning processes to remove inaccuracies and duplicate entries.
• Generate and maintain reports based on data collected for management review.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries related to data entry and assist other departments as needed.
• Adhere to company data security policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a related position.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and address inquiries.
