Job Summary
Position is directly involved with GO Online Store order entry and customer service. Reports to the GO Manager for daily tasks and questions. Helps prioritize and place online store orders to meet customer needs.
Essential Job Functions
 Work with GO Manager and GO Artists to carry out daily tasks
 Order entry for all GO stores
 Prioritize so that all online store orders meet their required deadlines for the customer
 Communicate with customer as needed for questions about their GO stores
 Communicate with internal departments as needed for questions about online stores
 Answer customer service calls and emails from direct buyers regarding their GO orders
 Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal  A patient and empathetic attitude  Strong time management, attention to detail and organizational skills  Phone and email etiquette  Computer literacy  Problem solving and research skills  Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines  Knowledge/Training of ShopWorks, GO programs, Hubspot, etc.
