Our growing company is currently seeking aFull Time, Evening, and Overnight Service Call Dispatcher andFull time,WeekendDay, Mid-shift, Evening Service Call Dispatcher for our Mechanical Contracting division.
 Ideal candidates need to have customer service, call center, dispatching and/or billing experience with multitasking skills.
 This is a very detail oriented, fast pace position working with multiple spreadsheets and customer portals simultaneously.
 *Weekday Shift coverage** Would be from 4:30PM - 11:00PM Monday through Friday and the shift could begin sooner if your schedule is flexible.
 *Weekend shifts will be required. **
 At least one day of the weekend, Saturday and/or Sunday. We are looking for a variety of shifts to be covered; Early mornings beginning around 7:30 am, and end around 3:00 pm, midafternoon shifts beginning around 2:00 pm and end around 11:00 pm, and evening and overnight shifts beginning around 10/11:00pm, and end around8/8:30 am. Most shifts run 6-8 hours in length.
 *Holiday shifts are on a rotating schedule.**
Position Requirements: Tasks involved with this position will be as follows, but not limited to:  Answer phones, emails and dispatch queue.  Create tickets with detailed documentation.  Monitor technician vehicle GPS systems.  Dispatch and Prioritize tickets accordingly to service technicians.  Communicate with customer and technicians on ETA's.  Communicate with other dispatchers effectively throughout shift.  Alert management when necessary for high visibility and critical issues, Document resolutions, Follow up with customers, Maintain ongoing communication with technicians and management throughout the shift.  Demonstrate a close attention to detail, Ability to prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment with a positive attitude.  Verify integrity of customers' accounts (service provided, materials used, time) against actual work completed by technicians.  Close out jobs and activate billing.  Inform technicians of backlogs and manage while on job sites  Able to work alone or within a small group and remain productive with time with minimal supervision.  Work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment, Multi-task, Remain calm and courteous when working with both internal employees and external customers.

 You possessexcellent communication skills, both oral communication and written communication.
 A team player is a must. You must demonstrate the ability to interact cooperatively with co-workers, supervisors, technicians, and clients.
 Prioritizing multiple tasks and staying organized is a must.
 High school diploma and/orstate-recognized GED required.
 Must be comfortable and confident to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, stressful environment.
 Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Docs is a must.
