Role Overview:
We are looking for a Remote Part-Time Scheduling Assistant to help with scheduling and coordinating staff for events. This flexible position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, problem-solving, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Â Assist with scheduling staff for upcoming events and ensuring all shifts are covered. Â Coordinate with staff to confirm availability and resolve scheduling conflicts. Â Help track and update staff attendance and punctuality. Â Assist in communicating event details to staff and ensuring they are properly prepared. Â Support the team in managing last-minute changes or urgent staffing requests.
Qualifications: Â Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Â Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Â Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus. Â Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles is preferred but not required. Â Neat and organized work habits are a must!
