Key Responsibilities
 Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, delivering comprehensive information about our products and services
 Manage limited inside sales activities without cold calling
 Prepare, submit, and follow up on product proposals and quotes in a timely manner
 Oversee order management, secure proof approvals, and provide outstanding customer service
 Maintain a positive demeanor that reflects our commitment to excellence
 Conduct onboarding calls for new clients, facilitating a seamless transition to our services
 Track and manage client cases related to our loyalty program
 Monitor customer orders and oversee product shipment tracking
 Address customer issues swiftly, striving for one-touch resolutions while escalating when necessary
 Carry out additional tasks as needed to bolster team support
