Key Responsibilities
 Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat
 Deliver precise information regarding our products and services
 Schedule appointments by narrowing down on customer needs
 Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving offerings
 Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
 Summarize customer interactions to ensure tailored follow-up for our clients
Required Skills
 Exceptional customer service abilities, particularly in a fast-paced environment
 Strong decision-making and analytical skills
 Proficient in written and spoken English
 Basic computer literacy with internet and window-based applications
 Capable of fast and accurate typing, with a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred)
 Positive, professional demeanor with a willingness to adapt in a dynamic workplace
Qualifications
 Previous experience in customer service, retail, or the automotive sector is advantageous but not mandatory
 Ability to multitask effectively; experience in gaming is considered beneficial
