Provider Relationships Manager

Candidates understand that there is a requirement for them to commit to a minimum quarterly quota. Bonuses are offered to contractors who meet or exceed their committed quarterly sales performance quota, while commissions are paid out regardless of quota attainment on a monthly basis.
Theratrics does not offer benefits to independent contractors. Since Theratrics is a Health Plan qualified to offer medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, in all 50 states, Theratrics is prepared to offer discounted premiums to contractors joining the Theratrics workforce. Such discounted premiums shall remain effective even after the termination of any contractual relationship between Theratrics and the contractor.
This position shall not be for a specified term of contract. All Theratrics contractors are onboarded for an indefinite time period and may terminate their relationship by providing notice, similar to a full-time or part-time employee model.
We are looking for a competent Provider Relationships Manager to find business opportunities and manage healthcare provider relationships. YouÂll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our healthcare provider network.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance healthcare provider orientation and a results-driven approach.
Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new healthcare providers and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Responsibilities
 Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
 Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a healthcare provider to securing a deal
 Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
 Present products to prospective healthcare providers
 Provide professional after-sales support to maximize healthcare provider loyalty
 Remain in regular contact with your healthcare providers to understand and meet their needs
 Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the healthcare provider's satisfaction and to maintain the companyÂs reputation
 Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Skills And Qualifications
 Proven experience as a Relationships Manager, or similar sales/customer service role, experience in insurance sales is a plus
 Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
 Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
 Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
 Organizational and time-management skills
 Business acumen
 Enthusiastic and passionate
 BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
