Responsibilities
 Build clients address books and input contact information
 Input data into clients systems, update databases, and build reports
 Manage personal tasks for clients, including reminders for important events and expense management
 Resend outstanding invoices and monitor invoicing deadlines
 Handle calendar management, including scheduling meetings and syncing events
 Manage email communications
 Conduct basic bookkeeping, including expense input and basic budgets
 Perform online research and prepare data for clients
 Convert notes to clients preferred document formats
 Prepare clients for reports and presentations through proofing and research
 Research and make travel and accommodation arrangements
 Manage clients accounts and transactions, including Bitcoin transactions
Qualifications
 Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is preferred
 Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Education Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent
 AssociateÂs degree or higher preferred but not required

Experience Requirements
 Previous experience in administrative support or virtual assistance is a plus
