We are seeking a meticulous and driven Part-Time Bookkeeper to assist a growing small business. This role is designed for flexible remote work, offering between 4-12 hours monthly, with hours subject to seasonal variations. After completing an initial training phase, you will have the opportunity to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
 Maintain and update the General Ledger (GL) to ensure precision and adherence to GAAP standards.
 Generate custom financial reports as required.
 Manage time efficiently across various tasks to ensure timely updates and responsiveness.
 Attend in-person meetings 2-4 times per month to discuss financial updates and progress.
Required Skills
 Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (certification is preferred but not mandatory).
 Exceptional time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
 Adaptability to various situations and challenges with ease.
Qualifications
 Experience in bookkeeping is essential.
 Previous work experience with long-term care facilities, such as nursing homes or assisted living centers, is advantageous.
 Familiarity with government grants and funding processes related to these facilities is highly desirable.
