• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to develop, manage and drive growth
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in sales, marketing and business are preferred but not required

Requirements: • Must be 18+ (This is a FEDERAL requirement) • Must pass a STATE background check (No Felonies) • Self-Disciplined, Self-Accountability,Trustworthy & Honest • Must live within the United States
