Title: SAP Vertex Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (Occasional commute to Seattle, WA)

Job Description:

Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Vertex process design, configuration, and testing. • Expertise in SAP integration with Vertex O Series/Sabrix. • Advanced proficiency in functional designs and business process designs. • Ability to work collaboratively with developers to create functional specifications. • Experience in defect resolution during testing phases (FUT, SIT, UAT). • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).

Key Responsibilities: • Lead Vertex process design for buy/sell processes. • Configure Vertex and test integration with SAP systems. • Collaborate with developers to design functional specification documents. • Triage and resolve defects during FUT, SIT, and UAT phases. • Analyze and design new business processes, documenting implementation requirements. • Partner with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases. • Conduct user and task analysis to ensure alignment with business needs. • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on new processes. • Perform regular process audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
