Salary $105,000 - $140,000 per year
A Bit About Us
We are a $100M in annual revenue HVAC dehumidification products manufacturer and are looking to expand our sales team. We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in the HVAC industry and recent experience building a book of business, creating a strategic roadmap to take over market share, and driving business development. This is not a position managing sales reps. This is an entrepreneurial position where you will be required to work autonomously managing the manufacturing rep firms in your territory.
As the Regional Sales Manager, your target audience will be manufacturer reps and the end users being major hotels, swim schools, fitness centers, etc. This person can be based anywhere in the US, but ideally the Midwest, Northeast, and/or Texas.

Job Details
 Experience in business development within the HVAC industry is required
 Ability to identify opportunities in the assigned region to increase sales
 Ability to travel throughout the assigned region to present the product solutions
 Experience educating customers on value proposition
 Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, etc.)
 Experience developing sales strategies for specific markets
 Manage relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings.
 Carryout meetings directly with building owners, contractors and engineers
 Ability to manage a book of business of roughly $4.5-7.5 million in revenue annually
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Ability to build strong and long-term relationships with high level corporations
 Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred
