You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and support the Premium users of Spotify via email and chat, on social media, and via the dedicated Spotify Community site.

What you need to have is:
 Strong communication skills
 Excellent Spanish language skills (C1)
 Advanced level of English (B2)
 Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
 Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail and web-based applications)
 Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills
 Readiness to work on shifts Monday to Sunday
 Team player with a great positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
 High school education
