Call Center - Part Time (REMOTE - Arkansas, Call Center Position)

We are seeking dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in data entry and computerized systems. Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
• Responsibilities*

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally

• Perform data entry accurately and efficiently

• Communicate effectively with customers to provide information or resolve issues

• Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions

• Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

• Maintain knowledge of medical terminology to assist callers effectively
• Qualifications*

• Proficient in computerized systems for data entry

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Familiarity with medical office procedures is advantageous

• Multilingual abilities are a plus

• Knowledge of customer service principles

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
