 Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
 Resolve customer complaints by identifying solutions and ensuring timely follow-up.
 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
 Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
 Assist in onboarding new customers by providing essential guidance and support.
 Identify and report recurring issues or patterns to management.
