What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Monitor and manage service queues for Account Executives (AEs) to ensure timely support
 Participate in sales planning and customer interaction to drive profitable growth
 Produce and analyze customer-specific reports to maximize product utilization and improve service levels
 Prepare Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and track follow-up actions to enhance customer relations
 Identify at-risk customers and collaborate with AEs to implement retention strategies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High School diploma/GED or equivalent education and experience
 Minimum of three (3) years in a sales, sales support, or sales analysis role
 Strong experience with analytics and presentation preparation
 Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
 Experience in food service or distribution industry
 Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
 Previous experience with customer relationship management systems
