Position Overview: We seek a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service. This role offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to work remotely. Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Â Provide prompt, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat. Â Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner. Â Utilize Zendesk to manage and track customer interactions, tickets, and follow-up actions. Â Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth experience. Â Maintain knowledge of our product offerings, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively. Â Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds as needed. Â Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Â Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within e-commerce or food service industries. Â Experience with Zendesk or other customer service software. Â Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Â Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism. Â Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Â High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service. Â Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
