What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Accurately input and update data into our database systems, ensuring timely and guideline-compliant information entry
• Perform quality checks on data entries to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies
• Handle data cleansing and verification tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
• Collaborate with team members and managers to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing data trends to support decision-making processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or relevant coursework in data management is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient computer skills, including a solid understanding of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data entry tools
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy to input data efficiently
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and familiarity with data visualization tools
• Prior experience in a data entry role or similar position is preferred but not required
