Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the face of Delta, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
 Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide support in a courteous and professional manner
 Assist with booking flights, changing reservations, and processing cancellations
 Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
 Provide information on DeltaÂs policies, procedures, and services
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 Previous customer service experience is a plus
 Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations
 Proficient in using computer systems and software
 Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
