Job Summary of Customer Relations Associate:

The Customer Relations Associate role is central to providing friendly and competent customer support to our customers. Responsibilities include interacting with customers both offline and online, through various channels like phone calls, email, and face-to-face, to respond to enquiries, fix issues, and offer support. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric outlook, keen attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities. The candidate's job would be to ensure complete customer satisfaction and provide superior customer service.

Responsibilities of Customer Relations Associate:
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain the reason for their visit or inquiry.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences

Qualification of Customer Relations Associate:
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
