 Market & Product Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and act as a feedback conduit.
Requirements: Â Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS. Â Experience managing teams focused on upsell, cross-sell, or account management. Â Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills. Â Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics. Â Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Â Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Â Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus. Â Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
