Job Description:
As a Work-From-Home Amazon Fulfillment Center Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting any issues that arise within the Amazon Fulfillment Center process. You will be responsible for providing real-time support to both internal teams and customers, helping to resolve inquiries related to order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and other key functions.

Responsibilities: • Provide customer and operational support for Amazon Fulfillment Centers. • Assist with order processing, shipping discrepancies, and returns management. • Work closely with Amazon’s logistics and warehouse teams to resolve issues and optimize processes. • Respond to emails, calls, and chat inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate solutions. • Ensure excellent communication with internal stakeholders and customers to maintain smooth operations. • Use Amazon's internal tools and databases to troubleshoot and provide support. • Monitor daily fulfillment operations to identify potential issues or areas of improvement.

Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service or support role, especially in e-commerce, is preferred. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with Amazon’s fulfillment and shipping systems is a plus. • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote work environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset. • Tech-savvy and proficient in using computers, communication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home. • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
