About the Customer Onboarding & Success Team Leader
MarketStar is looking for a Customer Onboarding & Success Team Leader for an exciting new project. In this role you lead, motivate and inspire a team of customer focussed professionals.
Your responsibilities will include managing, coaching and mentoring a team to reach targets and KPIs aligned to the expectations of the client and MarketStar.

What Will You Do?
 Adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
 Create and implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and performance
 Lead, motivate and inspire team members
 Hire and recruit new talent as needed
 Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales agents across multiple sales disciplines to a set of targets and KPIs aligned to the expectations of the client and MarketStar.
 Maintain a hands-on approach while adjusting to client demands and strategies.
 Gather a strong understanding of client offerings to enable the team effectively across differing EMEA territories.
 Create a culture of focus, teamwork, and outstanding performance.
 Drive strong thought leadership within a wider sales team.
 Adhere to team goals as agreed by the client.
 Ownership of day-to-day operations in partnership with client contact and Program Manager
 Take responsibility for performance discipline, employee scheduling and attendance, time-card approvals, performance evaluations, and associated management functions
 Partner with sales operations, quality assurance and training departments
 Develop and implement personal development plans for reps
 Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and implement data-driven recommendations to drive sales growth.
 Maintain a strong understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide adequate support to clients.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
 4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success or sales.
 1+ year as a leader, coach, trainer or senior rep
 Proficiency in CRM software, specifically working with leads and opportunities
 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients via phone, email, and video
 Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret and apply data to drive decision-making.
 Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.
 Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments.
 Ability to work within tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term initiatives.
 Fluent in English
 Fluent in French, Italian or Spanish a benefit

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of Â48,000 with an additional variable bonus component of Â12,000 per annum . There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the roleÂs responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
