Responsibilities: • Enter data accurately and efficiently into various systems • Review and correct data errors • Organize and maintain physical and digital files • Create and manage spreadsheets and databases • Ensure data integrity and security • Identify ways to enhance data accuracy and efficiency • Provide support for other clerical tasks

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred • Minimum 1 year of data entry or related experience • Strong typing skills (at least 50 words per minute) • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry software • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
