Description:
• Support People Services across several countries, providing guidance and assistance specifically for the US.
• Enhance People Experience through process improvements and compliance administration.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate management of employee life cycle events.
• Drive People Satisfaction with expert guidance and timely resolution of queries.

Requirements: • 5+ years relevant experience in providing HR support for global organization or across the US • Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively • Analytical and reporting capabilities (Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and PowerPoint) • Customer service experience and delivery of SLA-driven metrics • Proficiency in HR systems (preferably Workday and Service Now) • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred) • Familiarity with AI-driven HR tools or platforms to streamline HR processes (preferred) • Experience in identifying opportunities for process automation within HR (preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication skills (preferred)
