Virtual Customer Service Representative
Posted 2025-04-06As a virtual customer service representative, you will manage customer's accounts when it come to our major service, credit repair and credit counseling. You will frequently follow up with our clients in regards to their account, upload and fax documents, and handle inbound/outbound calls. And you must have a computer and internet access and able to learn to do flyers on the many variety of services we offer starting your shift daily.
Also you must have a working laptop or desktop with working internet from home and also a headset and computer mouse as well. As a small company we do not supply non of this product for staff. Make sure you have a quiet area to work from home. we get paid twice a month the 15th and 30th. Depending on when you start depends on when your first check have to put 2 weeks in whole.
Pay start at $13.00 per hourly and this is a work from home job, Must know how to use a computer and must have your own computer equipment.
Also must have some data entry exprience as well.

Responsibilities
 Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone and email.
 Assist clients with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
 Accurately enter and manage customer data in the system.
 Demonstrate effective phone etiquette and communication skills during interactions.
 Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
 Utilize Microsoft Office and computer skills to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
 Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
 Proficiency in data entry and customer service
 Experience in call center environments
 Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
 Multilingual abilities are a plus
 Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively and efficiently
 Demonstrated client service and support experience

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
