Position Overview:
WeÂre seeking seasoned educators ready to transition into consulting roles. As a consultant, youÂll use your knowledge and experience to facilitate workshops, coach teachers, and help schools implement proven classroom management and instructional strategies. Key Responsibilities: Â Lead engaging, research-based professional development sessions for K-12 educators. Â Share your expertise to help teachers enhance classroom management and instructional practices. Â Collaborate with school leaders to address specific challenges and customize training sessions. Â Provide practical tools and strategies teachers can implement immediately. Â Stay informed on educational trends and best practices to deliver relevant, impactful training.
Qualifications: Â Extensive experience as a K-12 educator (teacher, instructional coach, or administrator). Â Strong knowledge of classroom management, curriculum design, and teaching strategies. Â Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for inspiring others. Â A desire to continue making a difference in education as a consultant. Â Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and travel to schools as needed.
