Posted 2025-04-06Our client, an Online Content Company, is looking for a Content Marketing Director to join their team. This will be full time and fully remote (must live in the U.S). The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with 3+ years experience as a Director of Content Marketing. Must be extremely data-driven, analytical, able to make data-based decisions, and extremely detail-oriented. This person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content marketing strategies across all major channels, which include SEIO, email, Social Media, YouTube, blogging, podcasts, and more. Responsibilities  Create a comprehensive content marketing strategy and vision spanning key channels, including YouTube, Instagram, blogs, email, podcasts, and more.  Recruit and develop a high-performing content marketing team driven to become industry leaders.  Establish a performance-driven environment focused on continuous improvement and excellence.  Execute the content strategy with a focus on achieving key business outcomes like lead generation and revenue growth.  Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content platforms.  Manage workflows to ensure the timely creation and delivery of high-quality content.  Oversee SEO initiatives to maximize organic reach and engagement.  Plan and implement email campaigns that generate significant revenue (6- to 7-figure outcomes).  Strategize and execute social selling tactics to convert followers into qualified leads and customers.  Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4 to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Requirements  7+ years in marketing, with 3+ years as a Content Marketing Director.  Demonstrated success in developing content strategies that drive revenue, lead generation, and customer acquisition.  Experience managing and scaling teams, overseeing 6- to 7-figure content funnels focused on business outcomes.  Mastery of SEO, blogging, YouTube, podcasting, and social media content creation, supported by a strong portfolio or case studies.  Proven success in split testing, personalization, segmentation, and workflow optimization for email campaigns.  Expertise in interpreting data and making strategic decisions to improve performance.  Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, and project management platforms such as ClickUp or Webflow.  Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with experience working cross-functionally.
