Role Name : Clinical Data Analyst with required skillset as HEDIS, CQL, & FHIR

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Hyderabad, IN (100% Remote)

Full Time/Contractor

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in health care clinical data analysis and data systems integrations
  • Have working knowledge of FHIR implementations and HEDIS CQL measure scripting to measure the performance of health plans and medical providers
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies or AWS.
  • Good understanding of HL7 (Health Level Seven Standard) or any other Health Data exchange including HL7, FHIR, CQL, HL7 CDA, and Web Services.
  • Knowledge of EHR systems like Athena Healthnet, Acumen ,and EPIC is preferred.
  • Good understanding of database systems and SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools
  • Familiarity with data modelling and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, software design patterns, and best practices
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational, time management and facilitation Skills
  • Strong understanding and experience of SDLC and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook), Microsoft SQL Studio, JIRA
