Key Responsibilities: Â * Provide administrative and operational support to the back-office team. Â * Handle order processing, data entry, inventory management, and order tracking. Â * Resolve customer issues related to back-office operations, including returns, refunds, and order status. Â * Ensure timely processing and updating of customer data, including address details and payment information. Â * Collaborate with different teams to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency. Â * Prepare reports and documents as requested by senior management.
