Special Order Account Representative

 Responsible for managing projects for customers accounts to present promotional products and event solutions.
 Provide excellent customer service by collaborating with Sales Representative and/or customers directly to develop product offering.
 Excel in a fast-paced, attention to detail environment negotiating with vendors, generating quotes and executing orders.
 Professionally communicate both verbally and written.
 Utilize project management skills to coordinate multiple projects at one time.
 Organize daily tasks to meet crucial deadlines and customer service level agreements.
 Attention to detail and multi-tasking are essential.
 Manage complex projects which may include multiple destination shipments,
 kitting/fulfillment, and rush orders.
 Anticipate customer needs by understanding account history.
 Ability to problem solve issues with orders to provide the best possible solution to customers
 Prepare quotes and process orders through the order entry process
 Create product ideation by sourcing from approved suppliers, researching industry trends and working with internal marketing and merchandising teams.
 Build relationships with internal teams to provide exceptional customer experience.
 Collaborate with assigned sales rep(s) on key projects with frequent communication and gain alignment on roles and responsibilities
 Partner with finance team to facilitate the billing process and settle billing resolutions.
 May be invited to SPPÂs annual National Sales Meetings to explore new product offerings, keep up to date on trends and network with vendors.
Requirements:  2+ years of customer service experience  2+ years of project management
