Responsibilities
 Manage large volumes of incoming calls in a timely manner
 Provide accurate information regarding products and services
 Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
 Document all customer interactions in the system
 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
 Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience
 Adhere to company policies and procedures during all interactions
Experience and Skills:
Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent; BachelorÂs degree is a plus
 Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
 Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics
 Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies
 Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
Wages : $25.90 - $29.20 Hourly
