CVS Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Sr Analyst, Account Services to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational and technical support to our client accounts, while also ensuring data accuracy and quality. You will have the opportunity to utilize your problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong customer service background. To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Responsibilities: Provide operational and technical support to client accounts. Ensure accuracy and quality of data. Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Maintain organized records of customer interactions. Provide excellent customer service. Develop and manage customer relationships. Manage multiple tasks and work independently. Analyze customer feedback and identify trends. Generate reports and analyze data. Participate in team meetings and provide input.
