Location: Denver, Colorado (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data management systems. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing data across various databases, ensuring that all information is processed accurately and efficiently..

Responsibilities: • Enter and update data into company databases promptly and accurately • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy • Maintain organized filing systems to manage documents and records • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency • Identify and correct errors in data entry, ensuring high-quality standards • Assist in data management projects as required by supervisors

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Strong typing skills with a keen eye for detail • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience with data entry software and databases preferred
