Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across our platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote work environment, values organization, and is excited to contribute to a team that connects people to the joy of travel. Responsibilities: Â Accurately input, update, and verify data across company systems. Â Maintain data integrity and organization. Â Assist with processing travel bookings, invoices, and customer records. Â Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy. Â Perform basic administrative tasks as needed. Â Manage and organize electronic documents and files.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent. Â Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Â Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace. Â Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Â Excellent typing and organizational skills. Â Strong written and verbal communication skills. Â Prior experience in data entry or administration is a plus but not required.
