As our Email Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of all things email marketing: crafting, building, and optimizing campaigns; helping the team develop strategies; and assisting with the design of automated flows that make a real impact. And that’s just the beginning! From SMS integrations to advanced automations, there’s plenty of room to grow, innovate, and make your mark.

Responsibilities
• Design, Build, & Manage Email Campaign Sends: Work with relevant team member to create high-performing campaigns that engage and convert customers across multiple regions
• Localize Email Campaigns: Implement campaigns across several regions, making sure all email content is relevant and correct for each region
• Building Processes: Simplifying and improving email production processes to boost efficiency across key teams
• Collaborate With the Team to Develop & Optimize flows: Help create automated, personalized campaign journeys across email and SMS to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Strategic Input: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue
• Cross-Channel Integration: Explore opportunities to expand our communication channels, including SMS and other cutting-edge automations
• Design & Content: Use your eye for design and creative mindset to produce visually appealing and on-brand communications
• Segmentation: Create audience segments to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyse campaign performance and create reports with key metrics

Qualifications
• Expertise in Klaviyo: You live and breathe Klaviyo, with the skills to build and optimize campaigns and flows effortlessly
• Proven work experience in Email Marketing: You know the ins and outs of building email campaigns
• HTML & CSS Knowledge: You can customize emails with your coding skills, creating designs that stand out
• Attention to Detail: You’re extremely thorough in your work, making sure to run several checks before setting campaigns live
• Strong Organizational Skills: Used to working to deadlines and coordinating tasks with others
• Attentive Knowledge: Experience with Attentive is a huge plus, especially for managing SMS campaigns
• Creative Mindset & Design Skills: You have a knack for design and know how to create emails that look great and perform even better
• Communication skills: You’ll be working with and supporting other team members so collaboration is key
