About the Role:

You'll help ensure UPS customers receive the best possible experience by assisting with tracking, shipping, account issues, and much more.

What You’ll Do:
• Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries and provide solutions
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting with various customer concerns
• Accurately document customer interactions and ensure follow-up when needed
• Troubleshoot issues related to shipments, deliveries, and UPS services
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance customer satisfaction
• Meet performance goals, including response time and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills (written) and a passion for helping people
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with customer service or support roles is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable with technology, including the use of chat systems and basic computer applications
