We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, reliable, competent and committed Sales Head to join our Sales Team who can take complete end-to-end ownership of Inbound Sales and enable and drive business growth, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Work Timings: 9 am to 6 pm between Friday to Wednesday and weekly off on Thursday
Responsibilities:  Respond to inbound sales inquiries through calls, emails, and online chat.  Provide product and service information to potential customers and assist with their needs.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tool  Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.  Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.  Continuously update product and industry knowledge to stay informed about new products, features, and market trends.  Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure that customer needs are met and addressed.  Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers  Build Affiliate Network and create multiple sales channels as per organizationÂs requirements  Inbound Calls manage and assign to Sales Person  Manage all types of inbound sales through various channels such as calls, emails, online chat, E-commerce management etc.  Act as a backup to support HR and Administration activities for the organization  Provide Service Support to existing customers and resolve their queries on billing, pricing, packaging, product, delivery etc.  Supplement, track, and be held accountable to all applicable KPIs  Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.  Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirement.  Build rapport with existing customers and ensure consistent business flow  Be open and flexible to take up additional organizational level responsibilities outside the scope of work in case of organizational need/requirements  Open to travel to other cities for exhibition participation, as and when required
Skills/personal qualities:
 Good Attitude, responsibly taking ownership and good work ethic
 Strong network in Food and Gifting industry would be preferred
