Senior Customer Strategy and Portfolio Consultant
Champion the building, tracking, planning, and socialization of the comprehensive Customer Organization Plan and Strategy.
 Lead the development, management, tracking, and monitoring of Customer Organization performance against KPIs.
 Monitor the Customer Portfolio, including tracking risks, issues, and scope management.
 Develop executive-level presentations related to projects or the Customer Organization plan.
 Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships throughout Customer, Commercial, and Operations Teams.
This role requires working from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours. Key Responsibilities:  Strategic planning  Managing cross-functional projects or portfolio planning  Executive-level storytelling  Developing strategies, plans, and decisions, and communicating them to executive leadership Requirements:  Knowledge of project management, strategic planning, and portfolio management principles  Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating high-quality, Executive-level presentations  Ability to deliver a high volume of Executive-level presentations in short periods of time  U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986  Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job Benefits:  Southwest will help fund your 401(k) retirement savings with Company contributions up to 9%  Potential for annual ProfitSharing contribution in the Southwest Retirement Savings Plan
