The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Representative is to build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to drive business revenue and foster customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Representative plays a critical role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our telecommunication clients, driving business, and ensuring we deliver exceptional customer sales experiences on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities As A Customer Support Representative:
 Introduce customers to our clients new telecommunication solutions and services that will exceed their needs
 Interact with customers to meet our sales needs by closing any telecommunication services deals
 Build and nurture strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs, preferences, and customer initiatives to better support them in their inquiries
 Act as the primary point of contact between our clients and potential customers
 Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue generation and exposure for our clients
 Maintain a deep understanding of our client's initiatives to effectively communicate their product and service offerings
 Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers, showcasing our client's services and goals
 Ensure that all customer interactions meet the company's quality standards and policies.
Customer Support Representative Qualifications:  Some experience in a customer service, sales, customer support, or client facing role is preferred, but not required  High school diploma or equivalent  Superior communication skills, both written and verbal  Ability to work in a team and independent environment while maintaining composure in a wide range of situations  Effective time management  Professional and positive demeanor when dealing with clients is crucial for fostering good relationships  Critical thinking skills
