Role Overview:
The Freelance Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of education consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The role involves strategizing, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining communication between the team and management. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison, ensuring client needs are met while upholding organizational goals and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
 Lead and manage a team of education consultants, ensuring they perform to high standards.
 Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
 Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members as required.
Client Coordination:
 Act as the primary point of contact for clients in India, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
 Ensure that all client interactions are professional and align with organizational standards.
Operational Oversight:
 Develop and implement efficient workflows for the team to ensure optimal performance.
 Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and align on objectives.
 Maintain accurate records of team activities, client engagements, and project milestones.
Strategic Input:
 Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for expanding the business and improving services.
 Provide insights and feedback based on local market trends and client needs.
Reporting:
 Prepare and submit regular reports to management on team performance, client satisfaction, and other key metrics.
 Highlight areas of success and recommend improvements where necessary.
Key Skills and Qualifications:  Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, preferably in the education consultancy sector.  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages  Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.  Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.  Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Â Background in education, consultancy, or a related field. Â Familiarity with the Indian education system and local market dynamics. Â Proficiency in using project management/CRM tools and software.
Working Hours:
 Flexible, with availability for client and team meetings as required.
Compensation:
 £500-750 monthly retainer, with lucrative performance-based incentives.
