GigCX Marketplace is partnering with TeleperformanceTurboTax, to help millions of people file their taxes smarter each year. A big part of our success comes from our customers positive experiences with our dynamic product experts. As the voice of our company, the No experience online customer service roles must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a desire to learn, and enthusiasm for delighting customers.
The program will run from January 13th to April 15th, 2025. Service Providers (SP) who can commit and contribute for the full 14 weeks of the program will be highly regarded

Operating Hours:
 Every day of the week, our schedule ranges from 8 am to midnight Eastern Standard Time
 A weekly quota of 30 hours is compulsory
Peak Period of No experience online customer service roles:
 Applicable to the total hours worked during the period of April 9th to 15th.
 For service providers (SPs) to remain compliant, they are expected to work at least 30 hours per week.
 Organize your daily agenda with a focus on working for a minimum of 8 hours each day, specifically on April 13th, 14th, and 15th
 Assistance will be provided during the period of April 9th to 14th from 8 am until midnight Eastern Time
 April 15, 2025: 8am-3am EST/EDT
 Access a $5 Turbo Bonus Boost hourly.
Each work schedule demands a minimum of 30 hours per week to be fulfilled
Mandatory Requirements of No experience online customer service roles:
 Residing within the borders of the USA is a must
 To be eligible for certification attendance, individuals must clear a background check and pass a technical assessment.
 The certification protocol includes being on camera throughout the process.
