Responsibilities: Â Content Moderation: Â Review and moderate user-generated content on the Facebook platform. Â Ensure that all content complies with community guidelines and company policies. Â Issue Resolution: Â Address and resolve customer concerns or issues raised on the Facebook page. Â Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance. Â Feedback Analysis: Â Compile and analyze user feedback to provide insights for improving community engagement. Â Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies based on user input.
