Salary: $14 - $17 per hour DOE

Delta is looking to fill a full-time Preliminary Investigation Coordinator position. Below is the desired criteria.
Responsibilities:  Review applicable client dashboards for cases requiring IAPs/Preliminary Investigations  Work cases in the order they are entered into CM system unless other direction in received from Case Manager or Account VP  Thoroughly review and understand database comprehensive report and accurately populate template with the available information  Conduct database research in an effort to obtain additional information that may not be listed in the comprehensive report  Search social media and open internet sources for information regarding the subject of the investigation focusing on what could be considered pertinent to the claim  Maintain an open line of communication with Case Manager and Account VP when information discrepancies are identified  Complete IAPs/Preliminary investigations in a timely manner with a goal of 30 minutes or less, understanding some may take longer if information is either plentiful or difficult to locate/confirm  Perform data entry efficiently  Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails  Reviews files, records, and obtain information to respond to request  Provide general administrative and clerical support  Handle sensitive and confidential material and information with discretion  Conduct verification via phone
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:  Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook  Ability to remain in a seated position for extended periods of time  Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards  Excellent English and grammar skills, written and verbal  Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately  Must be detail-oriented  Must be organized  Ability to learn quickly  Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills  Good customer service skills  Must manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
